Booking Your Appointment
To make a booking, please check with us to confirm your desired time slot and deposit 20% (the “Booking Fee”) within 24 hours via one of the following methods: Paypal* or Venmo
*Paypal: there is no requirement to open an account, simply just enter your valid credit card number.
Your reservation will be secured as soon as we receive confirmation of payment from you.
Please note that the Booking Fee is non-refundable, and will be deductible from your total service charges at the end of your treatment.
Upon making your booking, kindly let us know if you would like nail art or other additional services to allow us sufficient time for preparation.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Late Arrivals
Rescheduling
Please call to reschedule your appointment ONLY ONCE up to 24 hours (1 day) prior to the start of the appointment. We apologize that rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be accepted, and will be treated as a new booking request.
Cancellation
You may cancel your treatment up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge and get a full refund of the Booking Fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours before the appointment will incur a forfeiture of the Booking Fee.
Lateness
Please arrive punctually. We apologize that if you arrive later than 20 minutes after the start of your appointment, we may not be able to offer our services, and kindly ask for a reschedule, A fee will be deducted from the package balance on the following treatment.
