We value our customers. Please take some
time to go over our spa policies so we can better serve
Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to
secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A
credit card number is required at the time of booking
for a confirmed appointment if Parties of 6 or more.
Please arrive 10-minutes prior to your scheduled start
time. Late arrivals will only receive the remainder of
their scheduled session.
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and expire
6 months from the date of purchase. Present your Gift
Certificates at time of check-in for service. Gift
Certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable
and non-transferable. Healthy Nails and Spa is not
responsible for lost gift cards. The gift recipient is
responsible to pay any difference in price for services
exceeding the certificate's value.
Kindly provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for
your appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject
to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling require
24-hour notice for any singular appointment or service.
Canceling multiple services or packages require 48-hour
notice. Parties of 6 or more require 72-hour notice. Otherwise 60% of each service price will be charged. Same applies for a no show.
Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable
and non-exchangeable. We guarantee no chipping on polish
for 3 days. The spa reserves the right to offer and
recommend alternative spa treatments if the ones
requested are not available. Under no circumstances will
refunds be issued for services rendered. We would offer
to re-polish or fix any issues instead.
Our highest commitment to your privacy. Your personal
information is confidential. This includes your address,
phone numbers and email address on file. We do not share
your personal information or email with third parties.
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal
We value and respect our members's privacy and preferred
methods of receiving (or not receiving) invitations &
communications from us. We will strive to deliver a
valuable service that offers you as our valued member
the highest quality, value and convenience.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Please turn off all cell-phones or electronic devices
upon arrival and keep voice levels to a minimum, as
other treatments may be in progress.
- Please inform your therapist of any medical
conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking, or
any notable changes since your last treatment.
- You pick your own choice of colors. Unhappy with it?
We will gladly redo it for you after the first coated.
But not acceptable when final coated is completed. There
will be an additional charge if you wish to change.
Please take a moment to review your services when the
job is done. If not like it! Regards all questions to
our Manager for your satisfaction before leaving our
salon. Any later complaining that may have is not fair
to be retrieved. However, we are always listening and
serving you better.
